• You can remove graphic card simple enough IF big “IF” you already have some work with hardware on desktops, easier than laptops IMO. You can also look for videos on the web like YouTube for help about how to change and remove graphics cards.

• I doubt it as it's a pre-built PC. If it arrives damaged, Best Buy will give you a refund. I'm in the same boat hoping it will arrive in one piece!
