“Hi I’ve been keeping my eye on this PC for the last couple of days since the market is so rough rn, is there any way I can buy two 120 fans and install them on the top to address the thermal issues a few people here are mentioning?”

that is exactly what I did. I added 2 -120mm fans up top.HOWEVER, I cannot find the Exact model they used. so my 2 fans on top are (color) controlled by a remote. but for much much better over all flow. you may want to look into removing the thick metal plate on the front of the PC that is stifling the Air cooler to the CPU. 2 thumb knobs and a small screwdriver (for the LED strip) and the PC runs super cool now. No it doesn't look as nice as with the metal plate ,but there is a grill in the front for the 120x240 water cooler to breathe through, and even a 3rd 120mm fan (so 120x360 total air space)
