QuestionHow long did it take for CyberPower to ship out the PC? Currently I am waiting and its been already close to 2 weeks with it still saying preparing or packaging. I just want an estimate really. So I don't feel alone here lol

- Answer I just received my computer today. It took me three weeks to get it. Three weeks to the day. Worth the wait but not knowing where it was at killed me. I had it shipped to the store and when I called the 1-800 number I got zero info. They did however give me $50 back on the PC for my wait. I thought that was nice but at that point I would have paid them to just give me my PC.

QuestionDoes this system work with the valve index VR headset properly?

- Answer Yes, this PC is well above the minimum system requirements to run Steam VR and has all the necessary ports in order for the Valve Index to work.

Questionthe specs say it is liquid cooled, but when i look at the pictures of the tower, it looks like it is air cooled? wanted to ask before buying this pc.

QuestionHi I’ve been keeping my eye on this PC for the last couple of days since the market is so rough rn, is there any way I can buy two 120 fans and install them on the top to address the thermal issues a few people here are mentioning?

- Answer that is exactly what I did. I added 2 -120mm fans up top.HOWEVER, I cannot find the Exact model they used. so my 2 fans on top are (color) controlled by a remote. but for much much better over all flow. you may want to look into removing the thick metal plate on the front of the PC that is stifling the Air cooler to the CPU. 2 thumb knobs and a small screwdriver (for the LED strip) and the PC runs super cool now. No it doesn't look as nice as with the metal plate ,but there is a grill in the front for the 120x240 water cooler to breathe through, and even a 3rd 120mm fan (so 120x360 total air space)

QuestionI don't see USB Type-C listed in the specs and like most Best Buy Desktops there isn't a picture of the back. Can someone tell me if there is a USB Type-C (plus generation) not listed and/or post pictures please? USB Type-C has been out since 2014! Thanks

- Answer It has 4. 1 taken up under a cover above a PCI-E port, and 3 others strewn about the other PCI-E ports.

QuestionWhat is the maximum fan size that you can add to the top of the case?

- Answer I added (2) 120s to the top of the case, you can get (2) 140s up there. the 120s do great to pull the air out and cool. if you are confrontable enough. I would suggest pull the metal plate off the front of the case (2 thumb screws) but you will need to re route an LED strip. That mod alone, you probably dont need 2 more fans up top. This mod can be done with no permanent alterations and can easily be put back. the Biggest problem, with added 2 top fans, I cannot find the Exact fans they used. I found something that looks similar, however it is controlled by a remote VS all other case fans controlled by the MB and software.

- Answer Ill answer my own question. You need to install MSI Center and engage the LED lighting. It then can be controlled via software. this is for case fans off the Rainbow connection on the mother board. t It is possible to use the RGB on the 3080 too, that you will need EVGA Precision X1 ( as in my case) both sets of software can be DL from MSI website. As the generic answer to most of these questions goes : you equipment may vary, consult you particular Systems configuration. Side Note; If your Fans have a Large Triangle on it or an "A" they are. QuestionI recently purchased this desktop and inside the packaging came a disk with the Intel motherboard drive and utilities. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find anywhere to insert the disk within this desktop. Is there any other way I can download the drives?

- Answer I found this out the hard way when I pushed it thinking it was the color changer for the lights inside the case. Turns out it just puts the computer to sleep.

QuestionDoes this have HDMI 2.1?

- Answer This may depend on the video card your specific build ends up with. Mine came with an EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 10G model which specifies "Supports 4K 120Hz HDR, 8K 60Hz HDR and Variable Refresh Rate as specified in HDMI 2.1". This quote was taken from the manufactures website, not from CyberPowerPC. If you are looking for the best possible refresh rates, most would suggest using the 1.4a DisplayPort. Check your display specifications for best results.
