Does this have HDMI 2.1? null

This may depend on the video card your specific build ends up with. Mine came with an EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 10G model which specifies "Supports 4K 120Hz HDR, 8K 60Hz HDR and Variable Refresh Rate as specified in HDMI 2.1". This quote was taken from the manufactures website, not from CyberPowerPC. If you are looking for the best possible refresh rates, most would suggest using the 1.4a DisplayPort. Check your display specifications for best results.
