“Mine came in the mail on Sunday. Although the PC is great, the fans on the GPU and the three chassis fans aren't functioning. The BIOS recognizes the three chassis fans but I am unable to get them to work. Please help!”

It’s possible they’re broke but try to manually turn them on using bios or msi afterburner. Mine had a weird fan curve on arrival and adjusting it seemed to fix.
