QuestionCooling solutions that don’t void warranty? Seems like single fan AIO isn’t nearly enough for an 11900. How have your cpu temps been and have you found any solution to keep them lower without pasting a new aio and voiding the warranty? Thanks so much

- Answer I only use my rig for gaming purposes on a 2k monitor, so maybe this isn't the best answer. So far the hottest my CPU has got is 59 degrees C. That is gaming at max settings at 1440p 2k. I haven't tested some of the top of the line brand new games yet. So far though for gaming only it seems more than sufficient to keep the temp on the cpu down. Maybe the graphics card is more than sufficient to help with this build.

QuestionThe overview for this product states it has the intel 10th gen cpu but the specs says the cpu is the 11th gen. Which one is it?

QuestionIs there an empty m2 slot for more storage? What motherboard is being used?

- Answer Motherboard: MSI Z590 Pro WIFI. There are 3 total M2 slots. One is being used by the main 1TB gen 3.0. Another below the GPU and lastly Gen 4 M2 that is right under the CPU being covered by a heat sync.

QuestionWhat size fans can be added to the top of the case. I would have them blow outward and remove one or two of the PCI slot covers. Looks like that would cover extra cooling for the 3080 card too. *Crosses fingers*. So is it 120 or 140mm sized fans? Thanks!

- Answer 120mm is what I used, I bought the 6 pack Apevia which are the type they rebranded and installed.

QuestionHow hard is it to add new sata drives to this? Last cyber power I ordered (different pc) had the mounting slots in an odd spot I wasn’t sure I’d be able to get to. Also does this come with sata cables? Thanks!

- Answer GamersNexus seemed to show that there are 2.5" trays behind the motherboard tray, but I didn't check on mine. It didn't come with any SATA cables.

QuestionIs the Both CPU and the Components ALL PCIE 4.0 compatible ? Can we connect 5 monitors i.E : Does The graphic card has 4 ports + 1port onboard video ?

- Answer There is no active onboard video connection, the AMD variant doesn't have an iGPU and the Intel CPU has an F at the end, meaning no iGPU. Everything is PCI-E 4 compatible, nothing requires it and the m.2 drive is certainly not a pci-e 4 drive.

Questionhello i recently bought this product and its a pretty big upgrade from my hp omen with the 1070 in it, is it known to crash and not run games correctly? i see most comments are positive but i read all of them to make sure!

- Answer There is a button on the top of the case, that is not the Power button above the two usb ports. Press this and the color options change.

QuestionIf you need to add a second GPU where can you get the right cable?

- Answer Seems most people get the Apevia power supply. It is not modular so the power connectors you get are what you have. I wouldn’t recommend adding a second high powered card with this PSU. Depending on the card you get, 3/4 8 pin power cables are used
