Which PSU, or any other component for that matter, depends on what is on the shelve the day they build a computer. They buy components in bulk and likely buy from multiple manufactures if their price is right. I just received mine about a week ago and it had a Apevia ATX-PR1000 Prestige Power 80 Gold but there is not telling what is in the next computer they built. I will say that, besides the PSU, all of the other components are major brands and I have no complaints about the computer I received. Asus Prime Z690-p WIFI, ROG Strix RTX 3080 10GB, WD SN570 m.2, TEAMGROUP T-Force Vulcan Z RAM... Not bad for the price (on sale for 1799 when I bought it.
