Look at their response. You see what I mean? FWIW, I did call and while they were friendly, they were equally worthless. You don’t have to discuss brand or models but you should have a basic foundation of the build. Things such as PCIe 3 or 4 for the NVMe drive? PSU wattage? Oh well, I guess we buy the PC and return it if it doesn't fit our needs.
