To find memory info without opening the PC, you can try this: Press Win+R Type cmd Press Enter Type wmic memorychip get manufacturer,partnumber,speed,datawidth,serialnumber,devicelocator Press Enter. You would see something like on the picture (example shows 2 modules, upgraded).
