• Yes it has liquid cooling. Only the cpu.

• Mine came with the cooling system already installed and nine fans. The front portion where you see the three fans, is actually six fans and I believe the cooling system is inside there? The geek squad called it a radiator. I will say that one of the fans (the one that is on the top back in the picture) was not working when I got it, but the geek squad figured it out. They said It was a problem with a bios setting.

• It does come with the AIO for the processor and all other fans as seen in the pictures.
