My instructions say there are two screws to be removed on the back. This is not an accurate assessment of what I received. Lay your unit down with the glass side up. There's a tab on mine above the fans on the back. Do not pull down or out but pull up. This makes the entire top come off. When this occurs you will see a couple of divots under the glass on the top. You can stick your finger in there and gently pull up and the glass can be then slid out of the slot bet it rest in at the bottom. If you bend it presumably it will break. So just release it with the divots and then pull up towards the top to slide the glass out of its slot. It's actually quite easy but it's not intuitive. That rubberized latch in the back is the key. Pull up on that but only after you've laid your machine down. It falls off after you pull up on that. It sure would be nice if the instructions matched the particular model they sent.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just got mine last Saturday. If you have the glass side, you just pop up where the finger slot is and continue lifting the top of the glass to the other side, then lift the glass up. There are 2 tabs at the bottom on the glass that slide into slots on the computer feet. To put it back on, just slide the 2 tabs back into the computer feet and snap the top back into the holes. Easy once you figure it out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There should be a little divot just above the rear fan where you can place your fingers and pull the side doors away with a little bit of force. You shouldn't need to unscrew anything.
