• I beleive the red one to indicate SSD activity and the white to indicate power status.

• Blinking red light is disk activity or the hard drive light. The other one is the power LED. This probably makes less sense on cases that showcase a lot of light internally, but for cases that didn't showcase as much light, this made more sense. You can often go into a the UEFI to turn these off if they bother you.
