“When I turn on the computer it just power on and stays black screen. I then have to force shutdown. After that I turn the computer back and go into bios to boot up. Anyone have this problem or a solution?”

Yes, it happens occasionally. So far, we've just had to power down, remove the power cable, hold down the power button for 20 sec, plug it back in and power it on.
