“Does this desktop normally have BSOD issues coming out of box? I've seen reviews saying it had BSOD to the point even the replacements also had BSOD.”

• Regarding the Western Digital ssd, you can update the firmware from WD's website, cured bsod issue for me

• I had the same issues. It turned out to be the SSD. Cyberpower PC is aware and still uses the part in the PC. I am replacing the SSD as it is the only solution. They won’t do anything for it and same with Best Buy.
