“I'm getting spike lag in World of Warcraft. My monitor is 144hz gsync compatible. I'm getting 300-400 fps ingame at max setting. Do I need to sync my fps to my monitor refresh rate to stop the spike lag? Or is it other setting that's causing the lag?”
