“I just got new computer SLC8760CPG and I cannot change light colors on the fans at all, what would be the recommendation to correct this problem. I have remote , however it does have any effect on the computer”

Thanks for reaching out igorak. Please remove the plastic holding the batteries. If not, please make sure you are pointing the remote at the control box that could be located anywhere on the PC.
