“Does this pc get very loud? I read comments on the PC that is 1369.99 and they say it's very quiet. I am curious if this one is also quiet. Also does it over heat easily?”

I've been building and buying desktops for 32 years. I know noisy rigs when I hear one. This model is very quiet.
