Of course you can. I added a sound card from Creative and an external DVD writer/player. Cyber power has an excellent warranty and with Best Buy it is even better!

Unfortunately the motherboard equipped in this system does not support SLI so you are unable to run 2 GPUs at once. If by any chance it did adding another component in to the computer will not void your warranty.
