I got this computer on sale and though it didn't have wifi, Bluetooth, or a cd/dvd drive I purchased the needed items so it's not a problem. However I did have a problem with my flash drives not working for some reason but win10 updated and it fixed itself. I am currently having a problem with my fan rattling and making noises on startup and I discovered that in a weeks time there is a TON of dust and even when I thoroughly clean the blades it still makes noise. I purchased a 144hz monitor and watchdogs plays 100+ fps on ultra and everything runs so smoothly and overall the computer stays quiet except for start up. I honestly love this computer so much and I'm glad I made this investment.
These are the components I received in my computer;
Intel i7-6700k
32gb Geil Evo Forza DDR4 RAM
Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3P motherboard
MSi GeForce GTX 1080 ARMOR 8G OC
Sandisk 512GB SSD
Toshiba 3TB HDD

I'm glad I bought this Cyberpowerpc system, its worth the price and it runs great. The instructions were easy to read and the only negative things I found was that USB 3.0 plug was not plug in. Also had a small hiccup where it wouldn't turn on but I called customer service and they were able to correct the issue in less then 3 mins. Outstanding job.
I was thinking of building my first computer but I checked into the different components and their prices and this made better sense. Plus I didn't want to screw something up and lose money on it. I got a great deal thru BestBuy.

Put simply, this computer is an absolute monster. Liquid cooled (closed, no maintenance), 6700K skylake processor, MSI Gaming X 8G dual frozr GTX 1080 graphics card with 2 included overclocking apps (up to 1847 MHz assuming you can find anything that requires overclocking on this insane new graphics card), Samsung SSD and Toshiba HD with plenty of DDR4 RAM to run anything you'd like. The added bonus is the controllable colors of the MSI modded graphics card and the extremely silent running of the PC (can't even tell its there).
Downsides are a single HDMI port (with 3 display ports, but be prepared to have to order a cable as they're hard to find) and no wifi. You also may want to spring for a better sound card for a true 10/10 setup). These are minor compared to what you're getting for the price though ($25+).
To put the performance of this PC in context, I've been running the HTC Vive on MSI gaming mode (mid-GPU clock) and I haven't seen the GPU % go over 55% with graphics maxed where possible (typically runs at 20-40% for most games). This is an outstanding VR rig with plenty of runway for future, more graphically intensive games.
BIG CAVEAT - if you're not familiar with building computers, be prepared to have to call CYBERPOWERPC or go to Geek Squad when it arrives. The PC showed up with both hard drives and the USB 3.0 front ports unplugged and the BIOS not set up properly to boot Windows. Took me about 30 minutes to get it working with PC building experience.
That being said, you can't build a monster like this for the price so don't let it deter you. 100% recommend.

I am very happy with this computer. I had done a lot of research when searching for a new desktop. I had several Macs , but I decided to buy super fast desktop computer for my jobs. Everything I have thrown at it so far has been ultra fast. Have not done much gaming yet, but what I have so far has run flawlessly at max settings. It is very fast and very very quite. I have been very pleased with the performance of this computer. I Would recommend to any true gamer, web designer, trader, 3D designer and ....

I purchased this pc for gaming after considering dozens of different PC's over the course of a month. What kept bringing me back to this particular pc from CyberPowerPC were the components and price. I actually tried to order a different pc to begin with because this pc was sold out. I assumed it would not be back in stock. But after waiting for two weeks for my first order to arrive from another company (not Best Buy or CyberPower related), I cancelled that order and started my search again. I was surprised to see Best Buy had this pc back online listed as in stock. I immediately ordered it and it arrived a week later.
Upon receipt I reviewed all components and compared what it would have cost to build this exact pc myself if I had ordered the same or identical parts from online sources. The difference was only $80 more. With that $80 I also get it assembled and a 1 year warranty. Well worth it in my opinion.
The components in my pc are:
NZXT S340 case
Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3P motherboard
Intel i7-6700K cpu
Zotac GTX 1080 video card
San Disk 512GB solid state drive
Toshiba 3TB 7200 RPM hard drive
I didn't get the part numbers of the power supply or RAM, or water cooler on the CPU.
Since I have had the pc I have played multiple games with no issues. Examples include HTC Vive VR games, Space pirate trainer, Audioshield, and The Solus Project. All play smooth and no crashing or jitters. I've also played several non-VR games all at highest settings, at 1080P, including No Man's Sky, Sid Meier's Beyond Earth, and Elite Dangerous. Again everything is smooth and no crashing.
If I had any con's it would be the fans are louder than my previous desktop gaming pc. And, you'll think this is silly, but the CyberPower decal on the front is on very crooked and off center. Also, when the pc arrived the first thing I did when I opened the case to inspect the components was to ensure all cable connections were on securely. The motherboard power connector was lose, one 8-pin connector to the video card was lose, and one RAM module was loose. They must have shaken loose in shipping.
One last pro I would like to applaud CyberPower PC on, is how well the computer was packaged. If you were to build a PC on the CyberPower website, one of the options you could choose would be to pay $25 for extra filling on the inside of the PC to ensure nothing shakes or rattles in shipping. One review I saw said their friends PC arrived with a broken motherboard due to the heavy GTX1080 graphics card bouncing hard during shipment. Mine arrived with this upgraded internal padding. Thank you CyberPower!

4.5+
I was torn between lesser versions of cyberpower and this one, I am very happy that I went with this one! I am using it on my 55" HDTV; I can't switch to the input for the PC unless it's on, by the time I switch over inputs from hitting power on the pc the log-in screen is sitting waiting for me and about 10sec for the desktop to load up after that.
So far I have played Skyrim Special Edition 64bit, on ultra without mods & gta5 with the settings cranked, both are like butter. The keyboard and the mouse supplied are pretty sweet..but wired. My case came with the foam insert and all my internal cables seemed snug. Plug it in, turn it on. All parts seem like quality parts, MSI, Sandisk, ApeVia.
Cons: Not many, not very serious.
Setting it up I noticed my power cord doesn't fit incredibly snuggly. For whatever reason you might have to run the power cord somewhere it could be tripped over it might just pull the cord out instead of the whole tower.. Second, my LED's aren't nearly as bright as the picture, a little underwhelming even with the lights off. Cool, but not BLAM! Seems pretty bright in the attached picture.
If you require wireless internet, Bluetooth or an optical drive you will have to supply them yourself.

Some might call that crazy. It's the smartest thing I've done all year. Literally, I have no need for those consoles anymore (and I had the original non-4K versions - like I want the obsolete versions or I'm gonna go by an upgraded version of them all over again. nah.)
So I upgraded to this instead.
Yes, its as fast as you think.
Yes, it's quiet enough to forget it's even there.
Yes, it games play perfectly.
Yes, it's pretty much ready to go hard right out of the box.
And yes, the keyboard - included with the computer - DID NOT HAVE A K..and had TWO Ls instead. I thought I was losing my mind before I realized what happened....
Anyway, it's an incredible machine. Worth it.

Got this thing while it was on sale as an early Xmas present for myself, love it to death, it's overkill for gaming and I play some pretty high end stuff. (Ark, Valkyrie, etc) only complaint is no built-in CD/DVD drive and when you first get it out of the box it has the plastic protectors in the ports for the graphics cart, but they're jammed in and stuck because of the frame, otherwise awesome.

Ever since I was small I've always wanted a top end gaming PC and when i was approved for the best buy credit card, i did not hesitate to finally accomplish one of my dreams as a kid. This PC is absolute stunning. With a quiet dual fan, it is ultra fast and eats any PC game you throw at it at ultra settings (from the ones i've tested: WoW, Overwatch, League). Furthermore I stream video games from time to time at max settings. 1080p @ 60fps and only uses up about 30% of the CPU including all the programs I have to be using while streaming. Other than some minor hardware issues that i've had (thank god for protection plans) I couldn't be happier with this rig. I'm in love with its sleekness and monstrous capabilities (even though it could use more). Extremely satisfied and I would most definitely recommend it.

First time I spent a good amount of money for a desktop and I am not disappointed. I was able to take it right out of the box and use it after setting up windows (took about 5 minutes). I love having an SSD, load up times are quick and there's no problem multitasking. As of now, I am able to run games on ultra settings with no problems getting about 55+ fps. I still wonder if this can handle more demanding games at the same quality but I am waiting for those titles to come out before I can truly test this machine.
I had one major concern that they the hard drive was older than advertised due to the date of some virus definition were installed but I might be wrong about that. Another minor concern that I found was the keyboard and mouse felt cheep and the fluidity of the mouse was lacking but I can't really complain because they're free!
Great product. Will recommend to others!

I ordered this pc during Black Friday. I've never used or bought a CyberPC, so I had to do some homework and read reviews.
Fortunately, almost all of them were positive and the sale price was so good, that I had to pull the trigger and purchase it before the sale ended.
The only real gripe for me is, I wish it had a wifi card and a dvd drive. Otherwise, this rig is perfect. It should last a good few years with the high end graphics card and the overclockable cpu.

Historically I have built almost all of my pc's, but the previous time I bought an HP tower and hated every day that I owned it. This time around I was toying around with building another computer, but after reading around online it seems like memory / motherboard compatibility has become a big issue and decided to have deal with a lot of possible returns. This PC is a powerhouse plain and simple. I downloaded Doom the first day I opened it, and have been playing it for about a week now.....the speed of the box is incredible. EVGA GTX 1080 card screams and is prominently displayed in the window (looks great). Sandisk SSD with a separate storage drive (I was worried about it being a weird hybrid drive). Watercooling looks very secure and I had some trouble getting the foam out of the tower it was packaged so well, don't worry about shipping damages. I've already recommended another friend CyberPowerPC, this company has my business for a long time now.

This is by far the cleanest and neatest system I have ever seen. I'm used to seeing wires and connectors all over the place. Everything here is neat and tidy.
I installed a Linksys AC600 Wi-Fi Micro USB adapter, and had to use the included installation disk and an external DVD drive. (This system does not have wireless networking or a DVD drive.) That went just fine.
The only snag in setting it up was Windows activation. Windows warned me that I had an illegal copy running. So I clicked the option to enter an activation code. The computer chassis had a silver "WINDOWS" decal covering the first part of the code. Looking online, I learned that you just scratch that off to see the whole code. Everything went smoothly after that. The system stays nice and cool, and the fans are reasonably quiet. I also plugged in a VR headset which went perfectly.
This is a great, fast, beautiful high-capacity gaming system. Just be ready if you need wireless networking or if you need to read a DVD.

Great Value for Parts

The machine runs as good as any computer with these high end parts, but I payed around $1700 including taxes for this computer with these parts.
My individual machine came with a Gigabyte GA-z170-HD3p motherboard and an msi variant of the 1080 graphics card.
I bought this on sale and I couldn't find any other pre-built computers with specs like these near the price all that had similar specs were $400 at least more expensive.
The biggest concern and reason I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars is that BestBuy and it's employees handled my item with less than optimal care. The box and tape that secured it wasn't completely sealed or set, and when I went to pick it up the service lady that helped bring me my package actually dropped the corner because it was too heavy. I almost returned it, and if I had in order to get a new one I would have to wait another week or more for it to arrive, so I took it home and nothing so far seems wrong, but still just watching her drop it in front of me lets me know how little they cared for it.

This computer is the top of the line. I saved over $1200 from having it built for me. It's lighting fast an easily handles Oculus Rift games and computing. Only one small fault is that it does not have built in wifi, but that is easily rectified with an external wifi.

Read reviews and researched for weeks before purchasing this computer. Some of you are saying buy the parts and build it yourself, let me tell you; For the extra $150-$200 depending on where you source your parts, You're getting a very well built computer with a warranty. The parts they used were high end brands, the wire management was installed properly, just all around A+. I had issues with my display working out of the box so I called the tech support. I was speaking to an English speaking American within 5 minutes; And for THAT ALONE I will probably buy again directly from Cyberpower for an extended warranty from their company rather than Bestbuy.
If you're on the fence, Buy it. It's very fast.

I have always built my own computers; so naturally I was a little concerned ordering this computer due to not being able to select my parts. The price was very comparable to building my own due to purchasing during Black Friday sale. I have always had good experience with Best Buy so I thought I would give it a chance. I was very surprised at how well built this machine was; all parts used were made by reputable name brands: MSI, NZXT, EVGA, Kingston, SanDisk, Toshiba. Plus a warranty! The machine is everything I was hoping to build. I have also added my own customization's such as an M.2 Drive. Get it, you will be pleased

I've had this PC a little over 6 months now and it still runs just as perfect as it did the day I bought it. Initially debated getting an Alienware, but after hearing excellent reviews from friends who owned a Cyberpower combined with the major price difference for the exact same product, I finally decided to buy the Cyberpower after days of shopping around and not sorry I did! Extremely quiet, graphics are amazing, can handle multiple applications (15+) with ease, and the keyboard and mouse that came with the PC work wonderfully too. Also, 6+ months later and my computer never crashes. I have had an HP, Dell, and Asus before and this by far is the best computer I've ever owned. No problems whatsoever. Would definitely buy this product again and recommend it.
