I purchased this computer before Thanksgiving. Took about 2 weeks to arrive. Set it up, which was easy. Worked great, fast & quiet. Then I noticed the 3 display ports on the video card were not working, I could only use the HDMI. Went to Best Buy to have it checked & after 2 Geek Squad guys checked it out for at least 1/2 hour, I was told the video card was not compatible with the motherboard. I found that odd, so I asked them to call Cyberpower to find out for sure, but they assured me they were right. They refunded my money & sold me another computer that was more money than this one ( I purchased it on sale) and transferred the extended warranty to the new computer. The new computer has smaller HD & SSD drives. Still waiting for the new computer to arrive. The day after they took back The Cyberpower PC, I called Cyberpower and told them what happened. They said the card was compatible & the video card was defective . They would send a new one. Great! But when I called Best Buy a few minutes after that call, I was told the computer was shipped back & they didn't have it anymore. So because of Geek Squad's Misdiagnosis of the problem, I have been without a computer for 2 more weeks & I am getting one with less specs than the original. Although the Geek Squad members were very nice during my visit, if they would have called the manufacturer like I requested. I would have had the issue resolved in a way where I wouldn't feel like I qot shafted. So the computer was Great , except for the defective Video card, but the Geek Squad let me down.

No disk drive and had to hook up some wires. Runs and plays like a dream. However, my old system has a golden edition 980ti and I'm trying impressed by the difference of the 1080. If you don't have a pre-existing rig and need a huge upgrade go for this. If you have a great rig that's the to old I'd wait til the ti comes out gpu wise. Great computer, great deal. Wasn't as big an upgrade as it could have been or easy hyped up to be.

I just got this a few days ago and I am still setting it up. I have played Final Fantasy and it works like a charm and the PC felt quite cool - no heat. I am hoping this will last for a long time.

Overall a good PC. The normally throw away mouse and keyboard are actually quite good.

I began shopping around for components to build myself when I saw this going on sale at Best Buy. After the sale price there is no way you can touch this build by doing the work yourself; possibly even when its not on sale. The craftsmanship and component selection are all top notch. I am very much enjoying my purchase and would not hesitate at all to recommend this to friends and family.

I've been using this computer for about a month now, and it is incredible. I've gotten extremely high frame rate on every single game I have played. This is the best PC I've ever gotten.

This computer is super good for gamers everywhere. Make sure to have a strong internet connecting so you don't experience lag. I haven't had that problem yet but super good mates !

Got this computer for gaming and it has preformed very well so far. Everything came ready to go. Plan on getting a better keyboard and mouse but the pc is great.

I bought this system in November and it was a great value. The only thing that I would like to see is more than one HDMI port in the 1080 card. It means if you have an HDMI chord to your monitor you need to switch it plug in your rift, other than that the system runs great.
