- Answer No, and you can not add a internal optical drive. The case is a NZXT brand, model S340. You can look it up on the NZXT website for all the details. I did not see this as a problem though, I haven't used a optical drive in years, despite my previous computer having one.

QuestionIf this PC does not work after opening the box or something goes wrong within the warranty period do I take it to best buy or have to deal with you Cyberpowerpc guys?

QuestionWhat board will I need to buy to replace the one board in here to be able to keep EVERYTHING ELSE THE SAME... but use SLI as you are selling a Nvidia card in a board for only crossfire support... honestly this machine should be 200 dollars less for that.

- Answer If you want to be able to support SLi, the motherboard will need to be replaced with one that is capable of running 2 NVIDIA graphics cards in SLi. Please do also note that purchasing all the parts we configure in this PC on your own separately will typically still cost more than purchasing this PC already preconfigured with all the parts. QuestionCan i add another 1080 gtx card? can the current build handle the two, or even have space for the two?

- Answer According to the company's and the boards provided, you cannot do this although best buy said the opposite. Why? Because the two boards listed for this machine DO NOT support NVIDIA SLI and as such prevent any possibility of adding a second and using it without replacing the board to use SLI. QuestionJust bought this computer (waiting for it to ship to my house) and I was wondering if the computer came with the blue LED lighting that it shows inside the case in the picture or not. I mean it would be quite a disappointment to display and not sell.

- Answer No, there was no bloatware at all. Just Windows 10 and the necessary drivers for the motherboard and the graphics card. It was pure joy to see.

QuestionDoes it come with liquid cooling?

- Answer Yes, the i7-6700K processor in my system does have a closed liquid cooler. No maintenance required. But there is no liquid cooler on the GTX 1080, nor the power supply, these are air cooled.
