“I'm getting a MEMORY_MANAGEMENT error and I've already run the diagnostic which says there are no memory problems. PC is currently unusable. Who can I contact about this issue? Also, it says that my version of Windows isn't authentic. Not happy.”

I haven't had any problems with mine, but I do know there is a service number you can call. It was on the paperwork that came with the PC. Sorry I cant be more help. I can tell you I had a similar problem with a new laptop about a year ago. I had to return it for a new year one.
