Yes. The 2 screws are in small molded lugs and the first time you need a phillips to loosen them. After that you just use fingers. Piece of cake to open and everything is exposed. Left side of the case has large clear plastic panel and you can see right in.

There are total of 4 thumb screws required to remove to get access to the inside of the PC; two for each side panel. the front panel can be removed by safely pulling it off. Do be care full as the drive door may swing open when doing so.
