I wish I knew the answer to your question, but I don't, sorry. I have been having trouble with my new Cyberpower. I cannot get internet to work on it. Trying to get through to their customer service for assistance is very difficult. It's not the ethernet cable. It may be the mother board and may have to send the whole thing in. I've had my computer now since December and don't have internet to work on it yet. I would not recommend this computer.
