Well with this power supply i would recommend upgrading because its a 350w power supply from Sparkle Power inc. (not even kidding)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The 350 watt power supply may seem to be inadequate but when playing games, the CPU, fans, memory and GPU card are the only thing drawing power. The R7 250 video card while quite capable at 1280X720 resolution, does not draw 100 watts. If you have a 1920X1080 LED/LCD monitor, its native resolution of 1920X1080 will be displayed even though you select a 1280X720 resolution in the game software. The monitor will upconvert the data to 1920X1080 seamlessly and without hesitation. They are designed to do this since the display is native 1920X1080 and all signals and data have to be displayed at the native resolution. Set the video card for 1280X720 and enjoy high frame rates (usually over 100) in all games. The power supply is capable of handling the FX-8320 at the 3.5Ghz clock and medium resolution settings on the video card. 1920X1080 resolution is beyond the card except in very undemanding games (such as the original Counterstrike) and games that require very little motion and vanishing point change while playing such as construct games and adventure games. A 600 watt power supply would cost only $50 ,BTW so if the PS dies, its not the end of the world and Best Buy can help! FWIW I have played for the last 10 years with a GeForce 6800XT with a 300 watt power supply on a dual core CPU that takes 88 watts (old tech is very inefficient). I played at 1280x720 on a 23" 1920x1080 LED monitor. Time, however, has outlived the CPU and GPU and its time to upgrade which is why I am checking out Best Buy. Every "expert" claimed that the 6800XT could not be used on a 300 watt system. The 10 year old 300 watt power supply still works fine but the GPU has died, probably due to being overclocked by 15-20% over the last three years (native was 350Mhz CPU and 1000Mhz memory, overclocked to 420Mhz/1200Mhz.). Its not a bad system, but it would have been better to have a 450-500 watts PS for the few dollars it would cost.
