“Curious, I bought this a few days ago at Best Buy, and I'm looking inside the shell right now, and on here it says there are only 2 spots for RAM and I am seeing 4 right now, why is that? Can this be upgraded from the 16GB of RAM to 32?”

Yes - there are 4 bays, 2 slots are taken up. Each slot is for DDR3 ram. You can expand up to 32GB.
