The simple answer is No, for a reason other than the question. It may fit in the Pc but it will not have enough power. The power supply is currently 350 watts and the Pc uses 275 if you upgrade it will put the usage around 330-340 and this is bad. You do not want to cut your power supply this close. Meaning you will also have to upgrade your power supply. Worry about this and if it will fit.
