A:AnswerGreetings....maybe you already know this, but this exact model is still available on the Best Buy web site for $699.99. It was $599.99 during Black Friday for a couple of days. Anyway, I to am from California and very hard to find this in any BB store. If you want it, order on line is my recommendation. Hope that helps. Thanks.

A:AnswerYou'll want to either use universal mounting rails or get in touch with us directly if more mounting hardware is needed for this chassis. Most PCs now-a-days will use the rail system of mounting drives, as these rails make it a quick, easy, & tool-less process; whereas the integrated mounts typically require a screw-driver, screws, & an uncomfortable few minutes of trying to fasten these screws. If you have any further inquiries then feel free to give our support team(s) a shout via the contact info listed on our website.

A:AnswerThis unit met most of the recommended requirements. The AMD Radeon R7 250 video card has 2GB onboard RAM instead of the 4GB recommended. Processor and system RAMs does meet and exceed the recommended specification. If you have any additional inquiries, please contact us toll-free at 888-937-5582. Thank you.
A:AnswerSorry to hear of the situation, give our support team a call & we'll be happy to get a new set of HDD rails out to you.
