If you want high or ultra quality with 4K as your default configuration, I suggest you look for a model with a GTX 1080 or look into buying one yourself. At 1080p and 1440p you can expect maximum performance. It all just depends on what game you play and the settings you use, but, in short, yes it will run 4K.
