1st answer is that while GTA 5 is video resource heavy, the key to your answer lies inside the GEForce 1070 which has a staggering 6 display capability and 4K ultra high definition output, and runs independent (without PC) on video support. It's a Huge card for this type of game. 2nd answer is Yes-this PC has Multi capability support in other words with 8 separate cores inside each core can use up to 2GB of ram if a game could reach that need, will GTA5, not a chance since the video card will handle most of the load. The real issue is will you hook it up to a TV with surround sound so that you can enjoy the PC version of GTA5? if you do, I recommend the HDMI port output to TV of 55" or bigger and sit way back.:)
