“If you have to use tethering from phone for unlimited data would it run well”

That will depend on the data speed of your cell phone and if you're tethering via USB or wifi. Please note that this model PC does not have built in wifi. Please feel free to call us if you have any other questions at 1.888.937.5582 Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm PST.
