can I change language to chinese? and how? null

Just click or hit the windows button on the keyboard, and type in language and then you should see options to click on for language change.

You can configure Windows 10 to display in Chinese in Settings > Time & Language > Region & Language and from there you can add a language to download the language you would like to change Windows to.
