“How well can it play CS:GO and some other lower spec games? I don't plan on playing anything that's really new on this computer, mostly Source and indie games. What kind of performance can I expect on different settings?”

This computer will have no problems running CS:GO. We have been playing Warframe, H1Z1, World of tanks, and Elite dangerous on high settings and haven't had any issues.
