Yes, an internal SATA Blu Ray ReWriter can be added to this PC. The case can accommodate 2 additional 5.25" drives behind the door in the front of the case. The motherboard should have 4 open SATA ports to allow you to plug in another SATA hard disk drive, SATA solid state drive or SATA optical drive. Please note you may need an adapter for power and will also need a SATA cable to connect from the motherboard to the drive.
