If you plan on running Far Cry 4; or anything newer than GTA5. Then yes. You'll also need to upgrade the PSU (Power Supply Unit) as it's only 350w and that is the minimum for the Graphics Card already in the machine; otherwise, if you plan on running games like Black Ops 2, Counter-Strike, or something like Diablo then no. However, it requires a better Graphics Card for Battlefield 3 and obviously 4.

It seems to run alright up to medium settings, and seems capable of running Witcher 3 on low settings without major lag. To get high-end graphics and good FPS on most current-gen games, however, yes, you will need to upgrade the graphics card. Keep in mind you'll probably have to upgrade the power supply as well!
