“Is there a way to boost it? I have heard this computer works well with video games, but for games like black ops 3 and GTA V will it work just as good or will it be less quality? Also is there any settings that makes the games run better with better quality and frame rate? Maybe any other ways to boost it that will help the performance of this computer? Thanks”

better card higher PS and more ram would not hurt. As is this well run BO3 and GTA V on low/med settting np. getting a SSD or anything really would make the game look alot better and useing a HMDI plug would help.
