I installed FSXSE with PMDG 737NG and I'm getting around 20 FPS in Seattle with most auto gen set at dense and water effects at X 1.0 Granted FSX is CPU heavy, I runs about as good as you can get for a machine that was on sale for $399. I have a feeling X-Plane 10 is going to run a little slower than FSX. I haven't loaded orbix or a bunch of third party apps. But out of the box, I installed FSX Steam and have had no problems running it full screen using windows 10. I did notice that I get better FPS running in windowed mode vs full screen.
