QuestionI bought it a few weeks ago and ever since I bought it and set it up its been crashing almost every hour. The same error pops up with a sad face on a blue screen and the error message is WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR.

- Answer The motherboard doesn't have built in wifi no. I use lan most of the time but you can get a wireless adapter for as cheap as 7$ depending on your internet speeds.

- Answer Yes, best buy has a trade-in program (u.s only). Just look for the trade in tab on the best buy page and insert the computer specifications. it will tell you an approximate of your trade in value! I attached some great convertible laptops. 4 stars and up!
