There doesn't appear to be much different between the two models. The only thing I can see that is different is the shape of the glass panel on the side of the case and the aesthetic details on the front. Functionally, it appears to have the same exact mother board, ram, graphics card, cpu, PSU, and keyboard and mouse included. Although, the case I ended up with was actually different the picture when I bought mine. All of Cyberpowerpc's cases look cool and are well ventilated so I didn't complain.
