“There are two lighting options. It seems to only change on of them while the other one stays blue; can I change the color of the blue lights? And is there an option to turn the lights off?”

The color pallet is set to majority blue as I believe that is their main color for the company. They do have a cycle of colors for the bottom pane and the side panel where the company name is lit up.
