• The keyboard and mouse both come with the computer. This computer would be more than capable of running WOW on decent settings. I've had mine for about two weeks, it's been fantastic. I would do it again.

• 1.yes you can run WOW on medium and possibly high settings at a substantial fps. 2.Yes this comes with the mouse and keyboard.
