Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You may want to check the connection of the ports in the case. They may have become loose on transport. Open the case and look at the connectors. DO NOT TOUCH! Make sure you have an esd bracelet or you know about esd. Also good measure is to disconnect from power outlet and discharge before opening case.
