Please make sure you are connecting your second monitor directly to the video card (below the audio ports) and not to the integrated graphics ports. The integrated graphics ports are disabled because a video card is being used. Please also note that some AMD Radeon RX 460 graphics card may not allow support for VGA monitors and may require a digital monitor or TV via DVI-D, HDMI or Display Port Cable.
