Unfortunately the motherboard used in this PC does not provide another slot to install another graphics card to allow you to use a second AMD Radeon graphics card to run the RX 460 in crossfire with. You would technically need to upgrade the motherboard. Please also note that adding a larger motherboard and a second graphics card will also require you to upgrade the power supply as well since that adds an additional load that the current power supply will not be able to handle.
