Most TV's provide adjustments for resolution, zoom and aspect ratio settings within the TV Settings Menu. Please check your TV's user manual for details. If that still fails to resolve your issue, additional scaling options can also be made within the Radeon Settings in WIndows to adjust the graphics card scaling and aspect ratio options.
