Best Buy allows for refunds or exchanges within the first 14 days for any product. Beyond that will be handled directly by CyberpowerPC in which the PC may be sent to us for warranty service. All our CyberpowerPC Gaming Computers carry a one year limited warranty and lifetime technical support services.
