“How do i make sound come out? Do I need to install a sound card? Does it have speakers installed or are those separate? Is it somewhere in settings (volume went up to 52 with no sound)?”

• This is just a tower, it doesn't have built in speakers

• You will need to connect speakers from the back of the PC. If your monitor has built in speakers that is connected via an HDMI cable, you can use the built in speakers as well.
