“Ok so i upgraded the mobo i put my graphics card in at the top slot and games now dont run the same and have low fps. Idk if i did something to the gpu or its the msi 970 gaming mobo top slot but any help plz? plus is there any chance its the bios”

Is your new mobo compatible with the rest of the system? I would not update this system otherwise, i rather buy better system. It just me. U have to remember that this PC built on older hardware (that's why it cheaps) and might not compatible with ur new mobo.
