Its a loud pc because the fans are made for the budget gamer. Someone who is looking to get into gaming for a reasonable price. I suggest buying sound dampening foam to put around your room and near your computer ( Keep it off the computer and away from the air channels. Also don't put sound proof foam on the inside of the computer. ) Hope this helps!
