OML YES YOU NEED A BETTER POWER SUPPLY. Prebuits contain the minimum for EVERYTHING. And bottleneck what? The GPU's? It's impossible for both to FPS unless you bought the 480 version and not the 460. Besides the motherboard contains only one GPU slot I believe. If it has multiple however and you got the 460 version, you can still keep it in for extra video ports. Buy a 500 watt or above PSU for good measurements.
